To be eligible for skill check off only, you must complete the comprehensive/test with American Heart Association first, then you will be eligible to sign up for skills check off

Cancellation Policy
BLS Class are non-refundable unless emergency cancellation from Tailored Care, students will be offered another opportunity to reschedule within 30 days of original appointment.
CNA Class are refundable minus $100 administration Fees
If student cancels before the Friday of class starting, full refund minus adm. fees will be rewarded.
If student cancels the Friday or after class starts NO refund will be rewarded. Students will have opportunity to reschedule for another class
